The Celestial Order

The Celestial Order is one of the eight Colleges of Magic who train Wizards in The Empire. Celestial wizards are expert seers and specialists with the prophecy. As a result the order often use celestial images such as comets, stars, and crescent moons. Celestial wizards are skilled at astronomy and devote substantial time to studying the night sky. The Celestial orders building in the college are cleverly concealed near the heart of Altdorf, with few truly knowing their location. The Lore of Magic they study is the Lore of the Heavens.

Fair Warning: Cast spell and spend power for higher initiative
First Portent of Amul: Use dice from this spell’s dice pool to affect a party member’s dice pool
Omen: Remove recharge token to reroll all fortune and misfortune dice in your pool for one turn
Swiftwing: Move to a point within line of sight within long range
The Cerulean Shield: Force an opponent to re-roll fortune dice and gain the Block action
Curse: Target gains the Ill-Fortuned condition, and takes an additional +1 damage from all sources of damage
Shooting Star: Magical damage spell

Rank 2 Spells
Second Portent of Amul: Gain additional fortune points while spell recharges
Glimpse Eternity: Remove recharge tokens from action cards
Lightning: Magical damage spell

Rank 3 Spells
Astral Projection: For up to one day, become invisible, immaterial, and gain the Spirit trait.
Divination: Once per session gain a “flash of insight” from the GM
Wings of Heaven: You can fly at the same speed you can walk
